The Rally Short took our ever-popular Super Short fit, and added a color band at the leg, for some added WOW. The inseam is about 2.5", but varies with each size. There is an elastic waistband, which keeps this short sitting just where it is supposed to. Pep rally? Tennis rally? Rally Point on the volleyball courts anyone?
