At Triple Flip, we want you to look and feel fabulous! Our commitment is to making your Triple Flip experience a great one — our staff loves to help you find the perfect outfit to move, flip, and groove in.

Don’t have your size? Things fly off the rack fast, so we are happy to call one of our other locations, or call you when new stock comes in, so you can come down and have first choice. Leave your name in our Product Request Book at the store with the size, style and colour that interests you, and you will hear from us as soon as they arrive. Many of our items are produced as limited edition, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. We’ll do our best to recommend some other options, based on what you are looking for.

Out of Town?
We’ve got you covered. Yes, we can handle shipping Flipwear directly to you, wherever you may live.
To Canadian destinations, we ship Regular Parcel (4-7 days) or Priority (usually 2-4 days) by Canada Post, and these charges will be added to your order.

International orders require 10-15 days to fulfill deliveries, and may be subject to duty, if you live outside of North America.

Return Policy
You bought something. It didn’t fit. You changed your mind. It happens. Yep, you can return it hassle free.

At Triple Flip, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. For Christmas gifts purchased between November 1 and December 24th, we have an extended return policy until January 15th.

All sale items are final sale. Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact. Shipping charges and gift cards are non-refundable.

You have two ways to return your purchase:
1.
Return it to any one of our Triple Flip stores. Please check the STORES section of the website for the location nearest to you.

2. Send it back to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, Triple Flip will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.

Triple Flip’s Quality Warranty
Triple Flip is proud to produce quality clothing with high manufacturing standards and materials. We will happily repair, replace or refund an item that is, upon determination by Triple Flip, found to be deficient due to workmanship or defect. Our warranty does not cover damage to clothing due to inappropriate care, Velcro, dog’s teeth, runaway scissors or other accidental holes in the garments caused by rough wear and tear beyond the control of our manufacturing processes.

And hey, accidents happen. Please talk to us. We might be able to suggest a way that it can be repaired, or altered to allow you to continue to get many more years of wear out of your favorite piece of flipwear. We’ll help whenever we can.
