To Canadian destinations, we ship by Canada Post:
Regular deliveries can be expected to major centres in 4-10 working days from the time your order is processed by our Online Order Team and confirmed by email.
Xpress Deliveries can be expected 2-4 working days after shipping. Smaller towns and outlying areas may take an extra day or two to get there. Shipping charges will be added to your order. If you need it sooner than that, let us know and we'll try to help you out!
Shipping Costs
Triple Flip is proud to offer free Canada Post Regular ground shipping within Canada! Should you want your package shipped Xpress Post, we will provide a quote once the order has been confirmed.
To the United States or elsewhere in the world, we're happy to help you out! There will be a few extra things that will need to be done on our end, to ensure all customs documentation is in order before your order ships out. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and location, we can only provide an estimate cost and delivery date. But we'll do we can to help you out, and someone will contact you with estimated shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying all additional duties, if required.
International orders require 10-15 days to fulfill deliveries, and may be subject to duty and customs delays.
If online ordering isn't your thing, and you'd like to speak with someone in our stores, our helpful Flip Team Members are always ready to give you that same personal attention you get at one of our fabulous stores. We'll help you put together something sure to please, package it all up and send it special delivery. Not everything on the site is available in every size - stuff flies off our shelves fast - but we'll do our best and check all of our locations for what's in your shopping bag. Or, we'll recommend options based on what you're looking for, sure to get the "ooooooos" and "awwwwwws"!
